Online orders will be completed once checkout proceeds through the secure payment system. An automatic e-mail confirmation of the order will be sent to the customer’s registered email address. A hard copy of the tax invoice in respect of the purchase will be sent with the item when dispatched.

Whilst Shoppingbags.net.au will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the online ordering and lay-by facility on the site will be available, accurate and error-free, Shoppingbags.net.au will not be responsible or liable in any way for any interruption or discontinuance of any or all of the functionality of the site, including, without limitation, the online ordering and lay-by facility.
Prices, Tax & Duties
All our prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of delivery charge.
Prices indicated on the site include the Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax – currently at 10%).
When goods are sold for export, these are exempt from this tax. This reduction is not available to Australian residents.
We reserve the right to alter prices on the site without notice. Shoppingbags.net.au will not be able to match or make any changes or adjustments on an item previously purchased from this site.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from suppliers, Shoppingbags.net.au reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Shoppingbags.net.au reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and a customer s credit card has been charged. If a credit card has already been charged for the purchase and Shoppingbags.net.au cancels the order, Shoppingbags.net.au will immediately issue a credit to the applicable credit card account in the amount of the charge.
The rates of the orderof IGA Supermarket chain stores will be as per the Brochures / Quotation distributed in IGA Stores.
Important Information for International customers
Any orders that are shipped outside Australia may occur additional charges due to import taxes & duties levied at the point of entry in the country of destination. Shoppingbags.net.au does not have any control over any additional charges which may occur. Shoppingbags.net.au will not be responsible in paying or contributing to any additional charges which may occur due to import taxes & duties.
By law, we have to declare the value of each parcel accurately. It is an offence to make a false Customs declaration; Shoppingbags.net.au will not mark parcel as a gift or underestimate its value.
PAYMENT
Shoppingbags.net.au accepts major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). There is no surcharge for using a credit card to make purchases.
If credit card is declined during the order processing, customer will be notified via email and/or by telephone within 24 hours. An order will NOT be sent unless the credit card number and details entered are verified and authorised.
For Australian customers, Shoppingbags.net.au also accepts alternative payment methods such as bank cheque (subject to bank clearance), Australia Post Money Order via post and Direct Bank deposit or transfer. If paying by any of the above alternative methods, customers would still need to place their orders online, proceed through checkout and select the desired alternative payment method.
